该剧讲述了狄仁杰在赋闲在家的情况下侦破了一件将自己卷入其中的案件，在洗刷冤情的同时竟然引来了亲生女儿的追杀，并引发一段复仇经历的故事。。It was a fateful coincidence that in 2014, just when the Allard Pierson Museum in Amsterdam was staging an exhibition of Crimean artworks, Russia annexed the region. So now the question arises of who should the artworks be returned to? To the museums in Crimea who had been so kind as to loan them out? Or to Ukraine, perhaps, the country Crimea belonged to before the annexation?...。唐家聪自小与母亲于乡间相依偎命，一直认为被父亲遗弃，因知道父亲在香港另有妻子及子女，直至母亲过身，家聪才能来香港与父亲团聚。细妈(冠兰)与所生的子女，认为家聪到港加重了家庭生活负担，因此存有怨言，家聪到港后不能适应环境并找不到工作，生活的压力与彷徨，就在普天同庆的圣…。
