Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。叶宁心是王府中的侍女，因频频呕吐看了王府中的大夫，发现她已经怀孕两月，叶宁心十分害怕，因为在王府中未婚先孕是要被乱棍打死的。两个月前，城中大乱，叶宁心无意中救下楚云逸（此处两人都没有看清彼此的脸），留下一方手帕后离开。。
