A Coast Guard officer, recuperating from injuries suffered during the war, is drawn into their quiet conflict, and they become locked in an odd symbiotic relat...。漫画主笔叶风（张智霖 饰）与好友武云（陈奕迅 饰）一起在漫画界打天下，机缘巧合下，他们都加盟罗小虎的大帝国出版社。两个好友的共同心血《中华枭雄》漫画集一炮打响，他们虽然尝到了成功的喜悦和兴奋，但却被罗小虎利用完后一脚踢开。于是叶风和武云决定自立门户，组建了风云出版社。他们联袂推出的漫画《刀剑笑》和《古惑鬼》一时间风靡漫画界，将罗小虎的《中华枭雄》打得落花流水。岂料这时公司新来的女秘书阿梦（林心如 饰）令到叶风和武云二人成为情敌，加上罗小虎的挑拨离间，二人势成水火，最终两败俱伤。风云漫画社难道就此解散？。
