It seems that as public interest in a dead c...。1931年“九·一八事变”爆发后，日本关东军金力推行“欲征服支那，必先征服满蒙”的罪恶计划，欲将满蒙从中国分裂出去，建立日本人操纵的傀儡政权。潜伏于内蒙古苏尼特右旗的日本特务，开始在该旗王爷德穆楚克栋鲁普身边煽风点火。 与此同时，中共西北特委书记王若飞来到内蒙古，与中共西蒙工委书记云泽见面，指示内蒙古共产党组织发动蒙汉群众，建立武装，粉碎日本帝国主义的阴谋。国民党军警得到情报，逮捕了王若飞。云泽等同志想方设法营救王若飞，云泽只身闯虎穴，面见绥远省长傅作义将军，晓以民族大义，终于说服傅作义，拒绝了何应钦将王若飞押送北平的电令，暗中保护了起来······。
