故事围绕着一个名为《无限斗界》的智力冒险游戏展开，陈阳（冯建宇饰）和周立（王青饰）游戏中的两大知名玩家，两人的水平都很高超，不分上下，因此他们年年都要约战，争夺年度总冠军的头衔，而两人每年一度的约战，亦成为了游戏平台上最大的看点。 2016年，陈阳在获得了冠军之后发现周立没有上线，而是留给了他一个记载着某个位置的神秘代码。解开了代码的陈阳来到了海边，在船上发现了一款最新型的VR眼睛。带上了眼睛的陈阳来到了《无限斗界》的世界之中，在这个交织着虚拟和现实的幻境里，等待着陈阳和周立的，是一个有一个的未解谜团，而很快他们便发现，游戏中的谜团和现实里的悬案，有着千丝万缕的关联。。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems?
