上坂绫音（未来穗香 饰）、家永七海（北山诗织 饰）和柚木真夕子（后藤郁 饰）是一支名为“泽西女生”的新晋偶像团体成员。这一天，她们跟随摄制组来到一栋传说中闹鬼的废弃老人院拍摄。按照工作人员的指示，作为队长的绫音带着设备率先进入建筑，结果竟然见到了可怕的景象。节目有惊无险地结束了，但是恐怖的体验却未就此远离。绫音脸上的伤痕始终没有好转，而可怕的老婆婆则时刻逡巡在绫音身旁。少女的情况愈演愈烈，连她周围的伙伴和经纪公司相关人员也受到影响，各种可怕血腥的事件接连发生。 恐怖婆婆的诅咒，如何才能终止……。ARIMA It is the story of four women and a girl who- se existence is disrupted by the sudden arrival of two strangers.
