罗伊是一只乌龟，从小生长在和平镇，父亲莫伊是个单车修理工，从小罗伊就生活在单车的机械零件中，对于单车有着天生的好感。在入学仪式上，罗伊遇到了同样新生入学的兔子韦莱斯，罗伊和韦莱斯的第一次见面并不友好，最终不欢而散。韦莱斯自小喜欢单车却遭到父亲的反对，倔脾气的韦莱斯决定参加“Speed race”竞赛，证明给父亲看。 直到一场比赛消除了罗伊和韦莱斯的隔阂，韦莱斯为了加入单车社团，和社团三人组之一的康斯坦比赛，比赛前夕自行车却遭到了破坏。紧急时刻，罗伊出现了，韦莱斯是否能化险为夷如愿以偿参加“Speed race”竞赛呢。。年輕人們相約到海邊遊玩，少年主動分享他愛惜的“泡泡”來討朋友歡笑，而言這個舉動卻傷到了“泡泡”裡的水母以及他自己。。A group of 20 somethings want to end the summer on a high, they take the advice from a girl they met at a festival about a secret rave deep in the Valleys.
