When a US Marshal, James McCord comes to town only to find out that his brother has been murdered, his search for the killer t...。由于之前和滨口组的纷争，弱小的目高组被迫解散。当然这对于现年18岁的女高中生——同时也是目高组现任组长的星泉（桥本环奈 饰）来说，却未尝不是一件坏事。自此之后，星泉带着土井（武田铁矢 饰）、佑次（大野拓朗 饰）、晴雄（宇野祥平 饰）等原黑帮成员开起了一家咖啡厅，日常里则享受最后的高中时光。然而人在江湖身不由己，模特诈骗公司和大麻饼干等事件将星泉再度卷入和滨口组的纷争之中。当两方因为误会闹得不可开交之际，来自关东的堀内组则剑拔弩张，勾结不良政客和警察图谋吞并目高组和滨口组的原有地盘。 危机当前，星泉只能选择和滨口组干部月永（长谷川博己 饰）联手对抗外地的入侵……。
