香港九七年度珠宝大展，大圈仔绰号小六（杨仁安），因母亲染上重病没钱医治，心生歹念，同伙金刚、狮王、红宝抢夺珠宝。。影片的主人公Vlasta是一名敬业的护士，她将全部的精力都用来照顾她的丈夫，她的女儿以及她的病人。然而一天，发生了一系列意想不到的事件，让Vlasta开始意识到，也许她自己也需要别人的照顾。。Filming a vampire flick in an old, abandoned manor house should have worked like a dream, but the film crew is out of their depth, over schedule and desperate to get the shoot finished and go home.However, as the moon turns full, the nightmare begins.
