中华小当家，（日文：中华一番!，漫画连载后期改为：真中华一番!），又译中华一番！或中华小厨师，是1997年至1999年于日本少年Magazine周刊连载，由小川悦司的漫画作品，此外并有动画版本发行播出。其内容主要描写中国四川省的年轻厨师刘昂星（注意：非刘“昴”星；外号阿昂，台湾动画播出时译为小当家）学习厨艺，到广州阳泉酒家修行，获得特级厨师（漫画中虚构的中国料理界的最高地位）资格，结交许多对于厨艺有志一同的朋友，及最后与“黑暗料理界”对抗过程的冒险漫画。。本片由古龍原著，倪匡改編劇本，華山執導。故事講述據說幽冥中諸魔用魔血化成了血鸚鵡，只要你能看見它，就會有三個願望。江湖俠盜葉停楓(白彪飾)與其他高手一樣，一直在追尋血鸚鵡的真相；而中原名捕「鐵手無情」鐵恨(劉永飾)，則對王府一夜之間突告失竊的十三箱珠寶緊緊追查。一夜，葉、鐵二人在墳場相遇，血鸚鵡突告出現，鐵死於它的魔力之下……。A drunken call of nature on a generator turns just another night out for Frank into a nightmare.
