When a casino owning dog named Charlie is murdered by his rival Carface, he finds himself in Heaven basically by default since all dogs go to heaven. However, since he wants to get back at his killer, he cons his way back to the living with the warning that doing that damns him to Hell. Once back, he teams with his old partner, Itchy to prep his retaliation. He also stumbles on to an orphan girl who can talk to the animals, thus allowing him to get the inside info on the races to ensure his wins。一向行事懒散的公交车小司机李耀，被队长安排去开传闻中闹鬼的13路午夜末班车，自此各种让人毛骨悚然的诡秘事件接连发生，原来前三任的13路司机带着满车的乘客都已经命丧黄泉，自己也鬼使神差的险些丧命，李耀吓得整天魂不守舍，难道真的有鬼吗？要想摆脱传闻中的诅咒，他必须要查清楚前三任司机死亡的事故原因，而身边人对他的种种诱导也使他的信任一个个崩塌。。莱雅在还是孩子时被本偷走，并被本在地下室养大。待到莱雅长大成人，才在警察的帮助下重新回到自己的家。时隔多年，莱雅已经不认识自己的父母了，并对本饱有特殊的感情。回到家的莱雅并没有适应，而面对一个受伤的女儿，母亲也开始了自己爱的计划。然而，一切并未遂愿。。
