とあるマンモス団地の29号棟に母と姉と共に暮らす小学生、木下ともお。父は単身赴任。彼のくだらなくも楽しい日常生活を周りの同級生、少し変わった大人たちを交えてときにギャグたっぷりに、時にはシュールに、時にはせつなさ、哀愁を漂わせながら描く。なお、各話のエピソード名には必ず語尾に「ともお」と付く。。Somewhere in the Brazilian seaside, teenagers Lucas and Martin fall in love while investigating the disappearance of a local kid.
